Hi, I'm Mila..

My goal is to get you fit for your ideal  lifestyle.

I am a fully certified STOTT Pilates instructor, FRC Mobility Specialist, TRX trainer and ELDOA practitioner. My methods and style of teaching are rooted in therapeutic exercise, respecting your physical needs while helping to achieve your personal goals.

​

During our classes, we will focus on targeted exercises to:

- improve joint mobility and function

- decompress the spine

- improve posture and alignment

- strengthening and addressing muscular imbalances to mitigate injury and improve overall physical performance. 

 

Being passionate about anatomy and mindful movement, I aspire to make the classes dynamic and interesting while helping you feel like you understand your body a little more, move better and feel stronger after each session.

PILATES

The art of controlled movements, a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates. If practiced with consistency, Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.

ELDOA

The French acronym for Longitudinal Osteo-Articular Decoaptation Stretches, an exercise technique developed by world renowned French osteopath, Guy Voyer. ELDOA exercises create tension in the connective tissue systems (called fascia) that run through the entire body by adopting different body positions, and create a lengthening force while doing so. These exercises use specific postures that promote a decompression at a specific part of the body.

FUNCTIONAL RANGE CONDITIONING

A comprehensive joint training system based in scientific principles and research, developed by world-renowned musculoskeletal expert Dr. Andreo Spina. There are 3 main training-goals when utilizing the FRC system which are all closely interrelated, and acquired simultaneously: Mobility Development, Joint Strength and Body Control

TRX

Also known as Total Resistance Exercises, a specialized form of suspension training that utilizes equipment developed by former U.S. Navy SEAL Randy Hetrick. It uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
